While the product quality is very good , I was disappointed with the quality of customer service. The timeline I was provided while placing the order was totally different than actual timeline of when the order was shipped and anytime I emailed customer service , they had a robotic email response which to me was extremely frustrating given that the price of the product is pretty steep/high and I would have expected better service.
All in all good product but not buying again due to price and poor customer support/service.
